MTool Terms of Use

Dear User, welcome to MTool. Please read the following terms carefully before using the service. If you disagree with any terms in this agreement, you may choose not to use MTool; however, if you use MTool, it will be deemed that you have fully understood and agreed to all the terms of this agreement, possess the necessary legal capacity, and are responsible for your actions.

Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1

MTool is a convenient tool compatible with multiple game engines, offering features such as modification, translation, and other utilities.

Article 2

All ownership, operational rights, and management rights of MTool belong to the MTool development team.

Chapter 2: Disclaimer

Article 3

MTool does not assume any responsibility for the legality, accuracy, or potential infringement of the translated content. When using MTool's translation features, users must ensure that their content does not violate any national laws or regulations and does not infringe upon the legitimate rights of third parties. If the user's uploaded content has such issues, MTool reserves the right to refuse translation services or require the user to assume corresponding responsibilities after translation.

Article 4

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, MTool's translation feature primarily relies on machine-generated translations that have not been manually reviewed. MTool does not guarantee the correctness or legality of the translation results and does not assume any legal responsibility. Users should independently assess the applicability of the translation results and bear full responsibility for any consequences arising therefrom.

Chapter 3: Service Fees

Article 5

MTool's basic features are provided free of charge, while translation features constitute the main paid services. Specific pricing, payment methods, and related details will be explained through the MTool platform or relevant pages.

Article 6

MTool reserves the right to adjust pricing standards and payment methods as needed based on actual requirements. Relevant adjustments will be announced on the platform, and users should stay informed. If users do not agree with the adjustments, they should stop using the corresponding services.

Chapter 4: Rights Declaration

Article 7

MTool respects and protects the legitimate rights and interests of all users. If a user discovers that MTool's service content infringes upon their legitimate rights, they should submit a rights notice to MTool in writing. MTool will take necessary measures to remove or modify the relevant content in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and promptly feedback the processing results.

Article 8

A rights notice should include, but is not limited to, the following:

  1. Proof that the rights holder has legitimate rights over the allegedly infringing content;
  2. A clear description of the allegedly infringing content and the specific infringing actions;
  3. Detailed contact information of the rights holder;
  4. A statement declaring the authenticity of the rights notice;
  5. Signature or official seal confirmation.

Article 9

If the content of the rights notice is found to be untrue, the submitter will bear all resulting legal liabilities.

Chapter 5: Service Usage Guidelines

Article 10

When using MTool services, users agree to:

  1. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations and use MTool legally;
  2. Refrain from any actions that may interfere with or disrupt MTool's normal operations;
  3. Do not copy, distribute, or use any materials provided by MTool without authorization;
  4. Avoid any other actions that may adversely affect MTool or other users.

Article 11

Users understand and agree that:

  1. MTool has the right to unilaterally determine whether a user has violated the above commitments and take corresponding measures, including but not limited to terminating the service;
  2. If the user's actions are suspected of being illegal or infringing, MTool has the right to publicly disclose relevant information;
  3. Users shall independently bear all legal responsibilities arising from their actions and compensate MTool for any losses incurred as a result.

Article 12

MTool does not assume any liability for any losses caused by:

  1. Using or being unable to use the service;
  2. Unauthorized third-party use of the user's account;
  3. Any goods, data, or information purchased or obtained by the user through the service;
  4. Misunderstandings of the service by the user;
  5. Any other losses related to the service not caused by MTool.

Chapter 6: Intellectual Property and Prohibited Actions

Article 13

All content on MTool, including but not limited to text, data, images, and software, is protected by relevant intellectual property laws. Without explicit authorization from MTool, users are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, reverse engineering, or using such content in any other way.

Article 14

Users are prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to obtain MTool's source code or other confidential information through any means.

Article 15

MTool reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate this agreement and any of its parts at any time without prior notice to users. Users should regularly review this agreement to stay informed of the latest terms of use.

Chapter 7: Service Modification or Termination

Article 16

MTool reserves the right to suspend, interrupt, or terminate the provision of some or all services to users at any time for any reason, without bearing any responsibility to users or third parties.

Article 17

After service modification or termination, MTool has the right to delete or handle relevant data generated by users during the service without any obligation to the user.

Chapter 8: Supplementary Provisions

Article 18

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding.

Article 19

Without MTool's written consent, users are prohibited from transferring this agreement and any of its rights and obligations. MTool has the right to transfer some or all rights of this agreement to its affiliated companies or other third parties without notifying the user.

Article 20

The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to the MTool development team.
